  S/Y Cadence, our 50′ Beneteau has been exstensively refitted in the last 4 months and is in near new condition!

To fully appreciate the value you must understand the difference between an OWNERS ADDITION constructed Beneteau and the usual charter boat series. Once this is done the quality and price are jump off the page at you!

The three stateroom configuration allows for a huge Captains cabin forward with seperate shower/head and starboard side lounge and vanity.

She looks great and smells like a new yacht. Spotless interior with no expence spared to create a grand living space while cruising. All interior wiring and electrical systeming have been redone professioanlly to insure safe passages and peace of mind. The bedding and mattresses are new and the coverings as well as the furnishing upholstery has all been redone or dry cleaned to be as new.

The Perkins diesel has been survey and compression tested to 350PSI per each clyinder. The engine is full of Synthetic Pennzoil and has all new; Impellors, WATER PUMP!!,..filters, NEW alternator, and coolants.

New gauges and all new wiring from engine to the helm.     Dual chartplotters with CURRENT upgraded charting of east coast.

S/Y Cadence has just been hauled out, surveyed sound and the bottom painted and prop shaft aligned/trued and new seals installed. Steering gear aligned/adjusted with new shims as well.

S/Y Cadence has just been launched with all new bottom interlock sealing, antifoul, tuned prop, buffed hull new striping/lettering and she shines like a new penny…. She was surveyed while out and survey is available for purchase. No kinding,..you are not going to find a nicer boat of this vintage!

The rigging has been surveyed and inspected by professuionals. All stays have been refitted, tuned and locked for cruising. All the halyards have been replaced with new lines and all out hauls and reefs as well.  The long 3/4 inch jib sheets are new and the winches all serviced. Sails washed, restiched with new UV sheilds and battens, so you can SAIL UP to speed.
You can pay a $100,000.00 more and get less boat…… Come take a look at real quality!!!!
